It is written to match the data practices declared for the Baetna app on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

  • User ID / Device ID — technical identifiers used to keep your account and app session working correctly and securely.
  • Purchase history — records of orders you place through the app, used to process orders, provide order tracking, and offer support.

We do not require you to create an account to browse the Baetna catalog; some features (checkout, order tracking, wishlist) require providing some of the information above.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process and deliver your orders
  • Provide order tracking and customer support
  • Autofill delivery details when you choose to share your location
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of the app

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

  • Delivery: your name, phone number, and address are shared with the delivery personnel/partners fulfilling your order.
  • Backend service providers: Baetna's order and catalog system is operated on infrastructure that processes the data above to run the app (for example, our backend hosting provider). These providers are only permitted to use your data to provide services to Baetna.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Baetna, our users, or others.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Your Choices

  • Location: sharing your precise location is optional and only used to help autofill your delivery address; you can decline and enter your address manually.
  • Account data: you can contact us (below) to review, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to any orders or records we are required to retain (e.g., for accounting or legal purposes).
  • Photos: you control if and when you upload a photo to the app.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations (such as maintaining order/transaction records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Children's Privacy

Baetna is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
